Services
Turf Maintenance
· Mow and trim turf weekly as needed throughout season. (April thru October)
· Cleaning of sidewalks and entryways with blowers and sweeping as needed
· Weekly weed control in shrub bed areas, as well as along ditches and fences
· General clean-up of grounds area (before each cutting)
· Weekly edging along sidewalks and curbs as needed
· Aeration and turf dethatching performed as needed yearly
Trimming Maintenance
·
Trimming of hedge, shrubs, bushes, and trees will be performed as needed throughout the growing season (April thru October)
Plant and Flower Beds
· Weeding of existing shrub and flower beds can be performed on a weekly basis
· Planting of new or existing flowerbeds can be done at the standard hourly rate
Sprinkler System
- Spring start up and fall shut down will be performed including sprinkler system blowout and vacuum breaker winterizations.
- Maintain sprinkler system with weekly checks for adjustments and repairs as needed
- Minor adjustments and repairs will be performed at no additional charge
- Any controller, mainline, or major repair to the sprinkler system will be performed at the standard hourly rate plus material cost
Fertilizing program
- Colorado Greenbelt Management would like to propose three applications per season to maintain the weed control, insect control, disease, and any pre and post emergence. Colorado Greenbelt would perform these services in conjunction with Contractor & Client 3 times throughout the season as part of the base bid package.What's something exciting your business offers? Snow Removal
Snow will be removed from parking areas, entryways, and other sidewalks.
Snow will be removed by 8 am and as needed during the day.
Terms:
Snow removal will be done at the following rates:
- Truck plow work: $80.00/hour per truck ($50 minimum)
- Walker/ ATV 4-wheeler: $60.00/per man hour ($40 minimum)
- Small equipment/snow-blower: $45.00/per man hour ($30 minimum)
- Hand work: $20.00/per man hour ($40 minimum)
- Ice melt will be spread at the rate of $16.00 per 50lb plus labor $20.00/per man hour.
